Hi, I’m Madeleine!

I like to describe myself as someone who's always asking myself the following:

• What are the toughest problems people face today?

• How can we solve these problems using technology?

I’m experienced in several UX skills such as, running UX research studies, journey mapping, rapid-prototyping, and creating high-level vision prototypes that show the future direction of the product.

Currently, I’m a team lead on LogicMonitor’s UX design team. Before that I’ve worked at companies including the University of Washington, SAP Concur, Intellis, and Microsoft. Working for all of these companies has allowed me to live in three different cities, Seattle (where I live now), New York City, and Austin.

When I’m not working, I’m usually trying out new recipes, practicing Pilates, writing about UX, taking photos, or reading trending news on tech, beauty, fashion, UX design, and social justice. I also love traveling to new cities whenever I get the chance to.
